      Pros

      The pay is competitive with other companies in the same industry. They have the data available to serve the clients the best way possible. Lateral opportunities to move around within the company at the same pay rate. Thanksgiving day and Christmas day you get two days off.

      Cons

      The time off system they used is a pain in the rear. It takes two months to get two days off and once you used the time off, you have to wait other two months to get a few hours off. Unless you have been working there for more than five years, good luck getting time off. Management micromanages the living hell out of you. The timekeeping system makes you feel that you are working in a factory and not an international services company. There is a significant disconnection between the upper management and the bottom line employees. They make continue changes in the organization that drives everyone crazy. I would only recommend this company if you have no other choice, and you are facing foreclosure or bankruptcy. Otherwise you are better off delivering pizzas.

      Benefits are affordable. Employees mesh together and become family which makes it easier to come to work and have a great day with smiling faces.

      Cons

      Certain things that employees should know is at times kept a secret. When the information is shared it's bad timing. By that time employees are making up their own conclusion.
