      My co-workers, schedule was flexible while I attended school

      Cons

      No room for growth in office, very low pay increases, too many layers of management . Management doesn't appear to understand what it is the employees on the floor actually do. Poor communication from management.

      Dorado is overall adequate but there are more interesting opportunities elsewhere....

      1) Work hours are flexible 2) Well architected software product and the chance to be exposed to diverse and interesting software technologies.

      Cons

      1) Scrum process is asphyxiating and does not give the latitude to the developer to do more interesting types of work. 2) Benefits are below average. 3) Not exciting place to work because Dorado is under the umbrella of a larger company which is not software oriented.
