      Pros

      The company is flexible in work schedules as long as you get the work done on time. Great team work in many business units.

      Cons

      There aren't a lot of growth opportunities. Workload can be overwhelming at times. There are a lot of politics in the upper management.

      The company as a whole is solid, stable, and making decent progress on their market share in the mainline businesses

      Cons

      Multiple re-orgs (6mo on avg for the last several years) lead to an environment where no one has true ownership or accountability for anything because they inherit others crap, and pass along their own too often.

      This company needs to value their good employees. Stop promoting incompetent high schoolers, that are clearly friends of the family.

      Pros

      One of the perks use to be how the employees were treated and valued and the employees use to be trusted. There use to be incentives for working on special projects and just exceptional work. Not any longer!!

      Cons

      Now it has become a micromanaged nightmare. Employees you are now considered dispensable, and untrustworthy. There is no availability to advance or get recognized for strong performance.
