Pros

Op hours are between 7am -5pm M-F. Off all major holidays. Pay is every 2 weeks (Fridays). This job is a good "in between job" until another job you really wants comes available.

Cons

I was laid off due to "company downsizing". Received my last full 2 week pay plus a severance pay which was taxed at 25%!!! Were do I begin.......Employee's had to constantly pitch in for company events. Bathrooms were poorly kept. Plumbing and sporadic insect issues. No phone bank or Wifi access. Vending machines rarely worked and kept your money often. Management were poorly trained which reflected on the employee's work. No HR rep on site for almost 2 yrs until they started to "downsize" in June 2014. Poor benefits, only accrued 1.2 days of PTO a month so (for example) if you had a trip planned in March for a week, starting from that previous January, you would only be paid for 3.5 days not the 5-7 days. Employee's were promised raises and were constantly put off when asked about it. Constant inconsistencies with promised improvements w/in the management. No room for advancement. Would offer overtime within your last hr of work which caused employee's to scramble to accommodate the company needs. Employees were promised perm, full time positions after 3-6 months of a contract and it really took 8-12 months to go perm and only a handle went perm (90% temp 10% perm employees). Not a place were you can make a stable career at. Average life span for most employees there are 6-12 months (temp).
