Pros

Large company, time off is available if you have PTO, free coffee, good location

Cons

Large company who continues to expand and buy other companies before they get a handle on what they have. No training or promotion, offered. There appears to be no loyalty to it's employees who were well regarded by their peers and clients. Pay is not great, below industry standards and "titles" were not appropriate for the work people did.

Is a company focused purely on revenue a good thing long term?

Pros

If the company can actually pull of all the initiatives they have there actually is the possibility for growth. Nice building, nice location. There is some decent technical work, but it does seem to be drying up. Starting to get control of projects cost. Company is willing to spend money and has, but the question that is yet to be answered has it been done wisely? Time will tell.

Cons

Heavily a command and control environment. Lack of proper focus and understanding of the problems the company faces. Discounting people opinions that don't have a VP badge. Way to aggressive on trying to solve all the company issues at once on the backs of the people doing the work. Seems there is a lot of opportunity for VPs and above to move around, while the people below are stuck dealing with the outfall of their decisions without any input into the process.
