Lack of logical direction. Lack of success. Lack of opportunity. Little to no leadership. Lack of ethical morals. Required outsourcing. Lack of professionalism.

Under pressure to accept jobs (appraisals) and not turn work away even in areas where there are other appraisers closer by. Fees are low and insulting to the appraiser therefore, moral is low. Proper compensation should be job one to prevent turnover. How about paid vacation like most normal companies.
