Decent for entry level/ teens, but not sustainable pay-wise for adults with bills

Kind managers & staff Benefits program if you stay long-term

Cons

Low pay & a lot is expected, so it’s not sustainable long-term. Sometimes it’s dead, but other times we’re swamped, & on the latter days, we don’t make much more in tips because they’re often contracted groups. So it’s more work & the same pay
