The team the people who work with you are simply amazing. The nursing staff that you support… keep the hope alive

Cons

Management all the way up to c-suite. There was a time when Covenant cared about their people and patients. And your boots on the ground people still do. Senior management now is 100% focused on saving money and not caring what those short cuts will do to the facilities and patients.
