Pros

Covenant provides faith-based health care and does a great job sticking to that mission. Great work-life balance and some great people in upper management.

Cons

As Covenant's parent organization St. Joseph Health is going through a merger with Providence Health and Services, we're working through some issues that make the future somewhat uncertain. Covenant operates very lean in non-clinical areas and the merger seems to threaten administrative resources if not locally then at the system level, which will make it more difficult for those of us in a shared service role to fulfill our responsibilities.
