      Covenant Transport invests in its employees and expects good performance. Covenant Transport stands by its values.

      Cons

      Covenant IT is relatively under-staffed. Having good soft-skills is strongly recommended.

      Good starter company

      Pros

      Had lots of loads. Reasonable pay. Good bonuses.

      Cons

      They advertise 52 com on website after 1st year. Then say it is for non perdium - about 1 percent of new students. They tell you mileage is from zip code to zip code but when you point out the zip code has changed they dont give you the added mileage pay. Tactics not belonging to a Christian based company.
