None, but need to increase wages, while I would appreciate more home time on behalf of my family.

Decent pay, upward mobility, good co-workers.

Cons

Lack of communication, diversity, clarity and company focus. Executive and upper management focuses too much on the externalities of the business like industry, market, and economic factors, while the inside of the business is duck-taped together. Human Resources is a joke and NOT on the employees side.
