      Pros

      Decent pay, upward mobility, good co-workers.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, diversity, clarity and company focus. Executive and upper management focuses too much on the externalities of the business like industry, market, and economic factors, while the inside of the business is duck-taped together. Human Resources is a joke and NOT on the employees side.

      Covenant sister company Star Transportation was the most unprofessional job ive had. Very Low Miles And Low Pay. Miss Communication within the whole company.
