Pros

I've been working here for 6 months. First time in the industry in regards to OTR Trucking. They will keep you busy and right now i get .48 cents per mile. As far as I can tell, thats the best pay i can get with no experience. I've had no problems.

Cons

They dont offer things like tv, fridge, converter, and the provided bed sucks horribly.

Pros

With the right co-driver you can get the miles. Company policy keeps you from 'chaining up' or else'. If YOU feel weather conditions are too dangerous (high winds, snow-blowing and drifting) You can shut down.

Cons

Way too many newbie drivers who are poorly trained-trainers use them as a logbook for miles-then covenant tries to force pair them with an experience driver for the purpose of 'training' them.

“Team Driver” Great company, worked hard and have been rewarded.

Great pay (teaming) Great driver support (driver managers and such) Good miles (running 5,000+ almost every single week I’m out) Bonuses and reimbursements

Cons

Hardly any dedicated freight on the west coast Team only (biggest con for me) We have to carry around these SEAL manifests that must be signed by shippers and receivers (run into a lot of them refusing to sign it)
