Pros

The company makes sure you will get your paychecks on time. The loads are drop and hooks which are easy. Good benefits and very good employee perks program.

Cons

As a new driver please do not fall for the scripted wordplay of working hard and being patient will get you a good dedicated contract. They longer you are there, the better the contract but they fail to tell you that they own over 2000 trucks. They have drivers who have been working there for years and are not leaving any time soon. They don't get new contracts that convert to permanent dedicated routes because the industry is very competitive. So as a new driver, my advice to you is to get your experience over the road, and move to a company that will pay you more once you have driven for at least 3 - 5 months. They will tell you it will be hard for you to find a job but there are plenty of smaller trucking companies with anywhere between 20 - 1000 trucks in their fleets that will hire you. You just have to always remember to make sure that you keep a clean driving record for at least the first year of your license. I REPEAT, YOU CANNOT RISK LOSING YOUR CLEAN DRIVING RECORD WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR OF YOUR LICENSE. Be careful and good luck to all the new drivers. FOR ALL NEW DRIVERS, PLEASE SURVEY THE INDUSTRY AND PICK THE BEST OPTION FOR YOU. ACTUALLY TAKE TIME TO WEIGH EACH COMPANIES PROS & CONS. AS THEM ABOUT HOW MANY MILES YOU WILL GET EACH WEEK BECAUSE YOU WILL BE GETTING PAID BY THE MILE AS A NEW DRIVER.
