Have been with covenant for a little while and by far the best company I’ve worked for. Good pay, payed weekly, great management and a great workplace. Amazing tool program

Good money if you’re able to mind your own and not bite the hand that feeds you. Lots of negative people with negative comments but overall not a bad company.

Cons

Lot of people tossed into positions they shouldn’t be in, fleet teams with very little communication skills, no personal touch and feel like a number at all times
