Hours are flexible Managers just stay back and only help when they see something wrong If you travel on a GOVT project it pays well (GSA rates)

Cons

Only promote the chosen ones High nepotism with the CEOS son being a manager and having 0 experience in the field They don't give a crap about the investigators and will terminate or cut your hours in heartbeat More responsibilities are added yet pay or time allotted for reports doesn't go up Health benefits are terrible with a family plan costing 2,000 a month
