The pros of working at CoventBridge are variety of cases, availability of work and flexibility in schedule. They offer medical, vision and dental insurance.

Cons

Too many changes, poor communication from management to staff, inconsistent procedures and procedures that are required to be followed, even if they are ineffective.

Everything about this company is horrible. I was hired as a Fraud Investigator and did nothing but data entry. Classic bait and switch. The mentoring and supervision leave a lot to be desired. They are supposed to teach you basic job skills for your position but are usually too busy to do so. However, you get chided on your weekly evaluation as a new-hire because you did not complete a task or did it poorly due to lack of direction. I lasted 3 months before I quit, was immediately kicked out of all systems to the point I couldn't even complete my timecard and was never given an exit interview.

The turn-around time for case submission is ridiculous! I do not know of any other investigative company that makes you turn in a case as soon as it is completed. That is unrealistic! Other companies give you a due date and the investigator has at least a week to turn in a case. The company sends too many emails, updates and calls regarding late cases and updates.
