No opportunity for growth. Office staff and managers receive paid holidays .. but not the backbone employees. Investigators treated like "laborers" Expense reimbursement not sufficient. Same rate for reimbursement for over 15 years! Auto allowance based on hours not50- 80% drive time. Company calendar is trash. Absolutely no consideration to PTO or non-traditional working hours. Managers will start calling you at 8 AM when you work after 10 PM. Managers schedules are about 5 AM to 3 PM Pay increases are not sufficient. There is absolutely zero benefit to working here for over a year.
