Pros
CoventBridge provided me with the opportunity for success that I will forever be grateful for. I am blessed to work for this company as they have set me up for long-term financial stability. I was able to learn the industry from the ground up, and worked my way up to an in-field investigator. When it comes to long-term success, I'm a firm believer in chasing good management rather than good money, and this just happens to be both. The upper management team is extremely accommodating, and make sure everything is buttoned up. This company provides tools to succeed in your area of preference if you put forth the effort. As long as you are dedicated to your craft, you will be taken care of.
Cons
It is expected to work from time to time on a weekend or a holiday. As a field investigator, you must understand the nature of the industry. Some may look at it as a con, but to me I enjoy working spontaneous cases, and indulging in the unpredictability.
