The merger was bumpy, but the road ahead looks smoother.

Dynamic work environment, where employees' opinions are valued. Full benefits package. Fair wages.

Cons

The merger brought a lot of confusion, appearing as if many of the details of the operational changes weren't thought out. Field staff was largely disgruntled at the beginning, although seem to be settling down now. The negative attitudes and high turnover has impacted the remaining staff.
