In our industry, sometimes working hours assigned to employees may fluctuate depending on our client's needs and assignment availability. We try our best to provide additional hours when requested and communicate the position expectations as transparently as possible when hired. Additionally, we have more opportunities for supplementary work throughout the organization if you inquire with management and are a high performer. At CoventBridge Group we continually aim for an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and supported. We take all reports of this nature seriously and have a zero-tolerance policy. We would like the opportunity to address these concerns thoroughly, so we invite you to reach out to employeeappreciation@coventbridge.com if you’d like to discuss further.

Pros

Work from home. That is all.

Cons

Low integrity company full of many low integrity people. Not everyone. But a lot. I was recruited by a contracting agency and promised 6 months training, much higher salary and better benefits. The training never happened. I spent most of my time doing nothing. They set you up to fire and it's pretty obvious it's a set up. My assumption was they found someone to do the job for less money then me. Pretext is the name of the game. Very high turnover of the nurses while I was there. Overall a bad experience that leaves career and financial wreckage in it's wake, and left me a bit sour on people for awhile, because they are so vicious and contemptuous. And the taxpayer pays for this waste, which really ticks me off.

We’re sorry to hear that your time at CoventBridge Group was inadequate compared to your expectations. At CoventBridge we ensure compensation and benefits are clearly outlined before any hiring or training takes place. And whether hired through a contracting agency or directly, we take our training process very seriously as it’s essential that our employees feel properly prepared for their role and able meet all customer needs. We encourage concerns such as yours to be brought to the attention of senior leadership or Human Resources as soon as possible to ensure that additional training/intervention is provided as soon as possible. Pros

None - Management has zero respect for the employees. Anyone considering applying at this company should run. You will make more money working at McDonald's.

Cons

Everything from the low pay, the extremely high insurance premiums w/ a high deductible and the hostile management. The benefits flat out suck. Managers will "suggest" you break the law to get claimant video (trespass, look in a mailbox, etc.). Investigators are paid a lowly 2 minutes at minimum wage per hour worked for report time and video uploading. Travel pay is a joke. You are expected to travel 4+ hours to a case and only get paid minimum wage after the first 30 minutes. The scheduling team has no clue where you reside in relation to the case. The company will stick you in a fleabag motel 45 minutes from your case to save $5 over getting you a room close to your case. Your manager never answers the phone or responds to texts/emails then complains you don't communicate enough. The vehicle allowance is never what has been promised. If you ask for a breakdown of how it was calculated, you will be ignored. Then when you follow-up, your manager will tell you that "you are not a team player". Just wanting to get paid fairly and reimbursed for expenses makes management upset.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time at CoventBridge has not met expectations. While this review does not reflect the experience of most of our team, we take all feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve. CoventBridge Group is committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. Our goal is to ensure that pay is both competitive in the market and reflective of the value each employee brings. Our employees are compensated for all hours worked and depending on their status (full-time or part-time) have access to a wide range of benefits including all or some of the below: - Industry-leading health benefits (medical, vision, dental) - Vehicle Allowance with a Vehicle Utilization program that includes covering 100% of business-related fuel costs - Tuition reimbursement programs - 401K with a company match - Paid professional licensing - Company paid basic life, short- & long-term disability insurance Our dedicated scheduling team uses our proprietary dynamic scheduling platform that allows them to identify the best available employee within a given territory to leverage skills and optimize travel times when assigning work. Additionally, CoventBridge partners with an external travel company that allows employees to select their own lodging. In the event the selected accommodations are unsatisfactory (e.g., employee has safety concerns, cleanliness, etc.) all our employees are provided a phone number that can be reached 24 hours a day, wherein they can call and share their concerns about the lodging. The travel company will work with the employee to make other lodging arrangements for them. We will never imply, suggest, or ask anyone to break the law. If someone does not agree with a directive, they are asked to address it according and escalate it, as necessary. CoventBridge Group is wholly committed to fostering a respectful work environment. Any concerns about unprofessional behavior are taken seriously and addressed promptly. We provide clear training to employees, ensuring they know how to escalate issues. We encourage employees to raise any concerns to their manager, senior leadership, or Human Resources. If further support is ever needed, we welcome you to contact us directly at employeeappreciation@coventbridge.com.
