Horrible training experience, direct manager was more interested in talking about her life in CA than allowing me to ask questions. Turnover is extremely high and minimal training. I was put on a IDP for not uploading a picture to my profile after I had shown them I did and it showed on my end, just not on their end. Zero flexibility.

The leadership is very accommodating with flexing time, if you have an appointment, and it is nice to work at home.

Cons

The training is terrible, and the deadlines are challenging. The types of reviews vary from home health to DME to injections to psych... all back to back. The PTO accumulation is low bc the pay period is twice a month, not every 2 weeks - you only get 5 hours per pay period. They say you can work an alternative work schedule, but then it isn't available. This is one of the lowest Clinical Review salaries I have worked, but I wanted the experience to work at the UPIC.
