You don't have to deal with people directly.

Cons

Inconsistent schedule, 0 available cases after the holidays, meaning $0 income for couple of months. They always expect you to be ready and available 24/7, 365 days a year. You always have to do report writing and video processing after you spent 10 hours in a car, so its like having a homework on top of actual work.
