Pros

work from home holidays and weekends off

Cons

This company is lacking in working so guess what they have you stuck on overtime for more then one month. Even if you take the day off of pto your still require to make up because you have to do MANDATORY OVERTIME. Not optional... Loads you with tons of works and unrealistic time frames for work. Also if you wanna move up the chain its gonna be real hard if your not there favorite. Micromanagement also is big thing here because they will be checking times on EVERYTHING.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely value constructive feedback, as it helps us grow and improve. Regarding your concerns, in a customer service industry with 100s of clients, we are not always able to anticipate work volumes and occasionally require staff members to work overtime so that we can meet increased volume demands. We value the importance of work-life balance and are mindful of how prolonged increased work hours can impact that balance. We strongly encourage an open dialogue with your manager if your specific needs affect your availability to work the required hours. When evaluating internal candidates for new roles, we use objective criteria such as adherence to performance standards, efficiency, and quality, not personal preference. CoventBridge provides its employees with the training necessary to perform their jobs at a high level. Along with proprietary technology, we have a highly efficient working environment where employees can contribute to our success while growing professionally. We are the industry leader in a highly competitive and demanding industry. We provide our customers with customizable solutions to their needs while continuously monitoring employee performance against customer-specific performance benchmarks and internal best practices, including the time it takes to complete assigned tasks against the standard. We encourage all employees to communicate openly and directly with their managers regarding any concerns. If further support is needed, we welcome you to escalate concerns to your manager or senior leadership or contact us directly at employeeappreciation@coventbridge.com.

CoventBridge appreciates its employees and their contributions while continuously working to improve our organization. This is proven by our team of professional investigators, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years, reflecting our commitment to employee satisfaction. We always urge current employees to speak with their direct manager, supervisor or the human resources department on the topics you’ve listed in your review. - Low pay – Compensation is outlined in detail prior to hiring and we encourage employees throughout their career progression to speak with their managers regarding their salary’s being commensurate with their responsibilities. We pride ourselves on having these discussions during dedicated employees reviews and always look to provide industry leading growth opportunities internally. - Few hours – Available hours are based upon our clients’ needs in specific parts of the country, but we address any concerns with each employee and have other areas of the organization where they can train and work to obtain more hours. We would be happy to assist in discussions with you and your manager. In addition, CoventBridge provides its employees with benefits such as: - Industry-leading benefits (medical, vision, dental) - Vehicle Allowance with a Vehicle Utilization program that includes covering 100% of business-related fuel costs - Fuel card - Tuition reimbursement programs - 401K company match - Paid licensing - Growth opportunities We value open communication and welcome constructive feedback.
