The company's week of training was fantastic and involved. They reviewed assignments, rated your video recording skills, and added insight to their policy

Cons

You'll be observing and notating in all weather, except for tornadoes. Know that going in. You also get paid for mileage at an hourly rate. Know that going in. It's largely a solo job too; working with partners is uncommon

Caseload is manageable and most case managers are decent colleagues.

Cons

Upper management needs to learn to become leaders and not simply managers. There is a difference between simply leading and managing. Stop the ludicrous treatment of employees by speaking down to those not in the management hierarchy. Many not these individuals resumes and experiences are far greater accomplishment than upper management.
