It is a good company to work for but you just have to be the correct color.

Cons

You get looked over due to color no matter how much eco you have to do the job. And a lot of favoritism and prejudice.

I lasted a couple years at the East Providence plant until finding another company offering decent treatment and appreciation for giving my all and working to be a valuable employee. Seems like nothing mattered if some of us weren't I'm the loop and cutting corners or doing whatever it took to get by. I felt sorry for new employees, and wouldn't work here if they doubled my pay
