      An inventor company making impressive changes to break away from its past and evolve according to fast evolving market trends and challenging external environment. The company puts significant efforts on talent development, diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Still a mix of old and new culture among employees which is slowing down change management.

      Pros

      Very flexible, laid back culture with good work/life banlance. Beautiful campus. Cheap Bayer drugs. 3 weeks of vacation time upon start. Conveniently located in Robinson. Annual bonus.

      Cons

      Cost restraints are limiting raises/promotions and staffing qualified employees. Bureaucracy is prevalent. Salary/comp is about average. The age of most employees are over 40. Bonus determination structure just got redone, and judging from the consensus of the leadership it is not in the employees' favor.
