      Chemical plant hazards are many incidents are few.Bayer strives hard to keep their people and community safe.

      Good solid relationships with many of the different functions and teams. The desire to build solid performance and results is typically in place for most of organization.

      Cons

      The career opportunities are lacking in some functions and the opportunity to advance is many times linked to whom you may know or can influence.

      Organziation is too huge to change. Very political. People get promoted because of politically ties, rather than value contribution. Very explicit mistakes can be covered up, because of political ties. Not market oriented enough.
