      Solid company with a good management teat who cares for its employees.

      Pros

      Strong company, good benefits & salary, open management that frequently communicates the status of the company to employees through town hall meetings. Flex work hours. Not once in four years have I ever regretted coming into work. Great work / life balance. Great place to work!

      Cons

      I honestly can’t think of anything to write here other then entering time off in the APD system is way harder than it needs to be. The programmer that came up with layout should be fired.

      Pros

      In ten plus years, this company has found ways to challenge me. That makes it interesting. I look forward to coming in each day and facing what lies before me! The challenges are always different and exact something from each of my skills.

      Cons

      Complexity at times. Paperwork (or should I say keyboarding) tends to be a bit of a detractor once in a while. Some simplification of accounting practices for the day to day work would be appreciated.
