      Covestro has positive relations with their people including 980 Fridays off, 3 week vacation for entry level employees, and a stock profit sharing plan.

      Pros

      Worked here thru sheffield plastics into Bayer into Covestro days. Benefits are good

      Cons

      Management is a joke. All previous managers except one were pushed out by Big Bayer. New players are not knowledgeable. one guy left wants to cruise and retire early. HR is dumber than a bag of rocks. The dead end jobs and nepotism will drive any motivated person away.
