      None right now, products are behind our competitors.

      Cons

      Long-term employee with awards. I dislike this company right now. I’m looking elsewhere because in the most recent re-organization they switched my director. We have no say in this, and they don’t care how it impacts us. Negative impact on our lives too much with no concern. Did they ever consider people leave their managers not their jobs? Or did they not care?

      Good training, supportive co-workers and on site management

      Cons

      Lowest Compensation in the industry, no formal policies, unresponsive upper management, disappointing lack of support, value or respect for the employees. The local reputation is to go get trained in the industry at Manheim and then move onto somewhere else with a better culture and better pay.
