Pros

Flexible time off you can actually use Decision autonomy - not micromanaged (heavily dependent on manager)

Cons

Organizational chaos - org changes every year. Feels like spinning the wheel of what's next. Leadership often looking up above them, not down at the people actually getting things done

Pros

Nothing good to say. Poor leadership that cost them 400k in just a month

Cons

Toxic work environment, poor leadership and very discriminatory for all classes. They think this is funny too which is horrible. It’s a horrible place to work and they don’t care about the company or deadlines! It took them 3 months to get an NDA out which takes 15 minutes.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, and for being part of Cox's mission to build a better future for 10 years! That's an impressive tenure, and we certainly appreciate everything you do to support Cox Automotive's sales goals and connect dealers with best-in-class technology. It's great to know that you're enjoying Cox's flexible work environment, along with our benefits and award-winning workplace culture. We want to be sure to address the concerns you shared as well. It sounds like you are experiencing some issues regarding communication with management. We don't know the specifics of your situation and if you are experiencing difficulties at a team-wide or department-wide level, so we recommend that you take the time for an open and honest conversation with your manager and/or department leader to express concerns. We also highly recommend you take advantage of company-wide resources to help employees stay connected: like employee intranets for both Cox Automotive and the broader enterprise, employee town halls and engagement activities on Cox Impact. Those channels can be valuable in helping you stay up-to-speed on what's happening across our businesses, and more. Regarding upward mobility at Cox, we want to make sure you — like all our employees — are equipped with the resources you need to cultivate your career development and take charge of your career growth. In addition to consulting with your manager, mentor and/or HRBP, we also recommend resources like Cox's learning & development catalog, engaging in a mentorship program and getting involved with employee resource groups (ERGs) or other company networking activities to expand your connections and stay close to new opportunities. We aim to empower Cox employees to move up and around our family of businesses, and exploring those channels is a great place to start. Thank you again!
