Pros

Family company, seems to care about its employees. Generous benefits package. Flexible PTO doesn't mean unlimited, but it means you get the time off you need.

Cons

Being a family company doesn't mean that it doesn't want to make money, so there is pressure to succeed. Of course, that's not a bad thing. I'm putting it as a con only because there is still a corporate mindset.

The best parts of this company are the atmosphere and inclusivity. The company lets you bring ideas to the table and try out new things. Working with a large group is amazing and we benefit a lot from one another

Cons

at times the work can be a lot, especially during tax time. However, the rewards of the satisfaction of customer service outweighs this con in the end.
