Fast paced environment which promotes job security.

Cons

Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and be able to change direction as needed. If you can not this is not the job for you. I found that all departments are similar.

Great atmosphere, co-workers all get along, dress code is comfortable. Free lunches every other Friday. A lot of nice perks in the office. Feels like a second home.

Cons

I love working here but my only complaint would have to be the pay. You cannot survive off of your salary alone if you don't live with a significant other or have a roommate. This company needs to really look at the cost of living and takes steps to take care of their employees maybe you wouldn't loose so many valuable employees if this was addressed.
