We Put the Fun in Dysfunction

Pros

Great employees and supervisors, casual dress code

Cons

-Pay structure is terrible. Account managers are paid well below industry average. We are paid $6 for every client that renews but $100 for every one that cancels. How does that make sense? You soon find out that the sales team sells services under false pretenses and when you speak with the client they have the wrong expectations of the service. The account manager must then reset expectations which makes the client not trust us and leads to cancellation. All account managers have far too many clients to provide any real value. Management does not care because the philosophy is to bring on as many clients as possible and collect the management fees. When clients cancels because they were sold under false pretenses who do they blame? The account managers. Training is terrible. There were many days that the trainees were just left in a conference room because their trainers had other responsibilities and couldn't train. If you make someone a trainer that should be their only job. We get that this is a growing company and going through "growing pains" but no one is doing anything to make it better. The majority of employees are looking for other opportunities where they are paid what they are worth.

Pros

Benefits are great! Relax dress code and mostly great people! Nice space/location.

Cons

Training SUCKS, or non existing and on the fly when it does happen. Watch for young Diva minded female supervisors (plural, as in more that 1) with Cruella like attitudes! NO organization! Inconsistent employee treatment!

Ever-Changing/No Job Security

Pros

Good benefits, yearly bonuses, unlimited PTO for salaried employees, good 401(k) options.

Cons

Frequent restructuring and department‑level layoffs have created an environment with limited job security and few clear paths for advancement. Although the company emphasizes an “employees first” philosophy, ongoing reorganizations and realignments often tell a different story. After operating as a primarily remote organization since COVID, the sudden shift to a mandatory return‑to‑office policy for anyone within 25 miles of an office has added additional strain and inconsistency. The organization is currently in the middle of a multi‑year growth strategy that has resulted in role eliminations, department consolidation, and reductions across multiple business units. Until this stabilizes, it may be challenging for employees to feel secure or see long‑term career opportunities. Advancement has also become increasingly dependent on internal connections rather than transparent performance‑based criteria. Additionally, higher management receives quarterly bonuses, regular promotions, and recognition for improvements when they're not the ones doing the work. This is not a "Top 100 Places to Work" when they're constantly letting people go and changing their business model/outlook.
