Pros

Good pay, coworkers are good people. It’s a big company with room to move around if you seek it out.

Cons

Lots of re-orgs, constantly changing direction from company leaders. Most people are distracted by lay-offs and rumors, it’s hard to get much done.

If you don't work in Vermont you probably wont go anywhere in the company. Business barriers of entry are eroding. Lots of competition in the market place

Pros

Good benefits. Competitive Pay. Great history. Nice People. Great work life balance, very flexible schedule, generous PTO allotment, Nice building to work in.

Cons

Very confused organizational structure, constant re-orgs that don't stick. Super top-heavy Director level focused on internal politics, not managing and improving area and people. No accountability for under performing management. Result is that majority of workforce is mentally checked out with many people not even bothering to put in a 40 hour week, mainly there to keep collecting paycheck and benefits for as long as possible. Company as a whole just seems to be going through the motions.
