Main Cox Company Culture is a good one in terms of valuing people, being sustainability minded and giving back to the community Benefits are very good Time provided to volunteer Good on-boarding program

Cons

Cox Automotive is made up of multiple acquisitions at different levels of integration so for some units, the Cox Company culture is an aspiration at best Work facilities vary greatly, some excellent, some are not so great.

Late Start on SEO to the Site. Opened the Back door for Competitors to Achilles for Industry Leader New CEO = Immediately dropped compensation to Dealer Sales. Stress level to provide success in all areas of requirements are vast. Particularly to outer area Markets. with Added travel Monthly it is Huge. Huge Political atmosphere. Its not about what you know , but who you know and cuddle up to. Its a Huge illusion! Think what you want, but play the game. Most importantly! Drink the Company Koolaid. and be careful of expressing your opinion !

Good pay, amazing atmoshpere, pretty good benefits, tons of advancment opportunity

Cons

Bad prescription plan: Have to pay cash for prescriptions then get reimbursed later if you remember to fill out the form and send the receipt but this only takes effect after your deductible is met. Also so much constant change that each manager has a different response to the changes.
