      Matched 401k to a point

      Cons

      They changed the PTO policy. We went from 16 hours accrued a month to less than that. They basically took 3 weeks of paid time off away and didn't give us allotted sick time so if you get sick you use your vacation time. Salaried employees still get their time off and we're basically told to "be there for your team even when you're not there"

      Pros

      Strong privately held company with excellent salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Vastly diminished commission pay plan. Latest generation of corporate leadership is lacks integrity. No longer values merit. Promotes heavily on DEI and asks more qualified veterans to “manage up” in exchange for ambiguous future promises. Culture is broken from what it once was.

      Very micromanaged. Inconsistent in policies, always changing rules and job requirements. Relys on tenured employees to do new hire training rather than leadership
