Pros

Great benefits and work from home.

Cons

The work load is way too much, no matter what the pay is. There are only so many hours in a day. They are constantly bragging about record profits, yet, not only do we get no pay raise, they literally cut our pay!

Hello, we're glad to know that you enjoyed our awesome benefits during your time here, as well as our flexible work policies and supportive leadership. Regarding organizational changes: making these changes is not a decision we take lightly. They are always the result of much thought, deliberation and input about what is best for our customers and communities based on Cox's overall strategy, the economy and other factors. Many employees take advantage of our development resources - like our mentorship programs, Learn@Cox, tuition reimbursement and stretch opportunities - to take the next step in their career journeys and we hope you gave these a try during your time with Cox Automotive. Thanks for your feedback and best wishes to you!

Pros

It is great to network and have insight on the dynamic of all 100+ stores you have to manage.

Cons

The demand/work load is nearly impossible. They advertise unlimited PTO. That is a joke. If you miss work, you are penalized for not hitting metrics when you are out. This company changed our training approach TWICE after spending 2-3 months of training one way. The pay changed after being in for 6-8 months. $500/month DECREASE with a possibility of earning it back by selling product. The expectations of this role changed from establishing ourselves as a "Trusted Advisor" to SELL, SELL, SELL!
