Exceptional company comprised of 25 of the automotive industry's strongest brands! The engineering teams and their technical managers are some of the brightest, most fun and driven folks you'll find in the technology industry. Plenty of legitimate growth opportunities on the technical level. Reasonable compensation plan with 18 PTO days to start for FTE's. The company does a great job of plugging into our local communities across the country for worthy causes. The culture is really driven by the people you work with on a regular basis and for the most part the experience is positive. No company is perfect but I can say that there is more good than bad. :)

Cons

A fair degree of organizational churn across all arms of the business and technology divisions that can be attributed to M&A's particularly with our senior and executive level management. Too many dotted lines. Leadership at business units outside of our Atlanta HQ across the country are loosely viewed as accessory to the majority concentration of leadership based out of our Atlanta HQ office despite efforts to improve on that sentiment. Not much growth opportunity seen as a leader outside of Atlanta HQ. Company 401k plan currently restricts HCE contributions but there hasn't been official announcement of this change. HR practice and related communications have opportunities to improve.

Great company culture. Positive and encouraging work environment. They really believe in advancing their employees and promoting from within. Fair compensation and great benefits.

Cons

As with most large companies, there are a few communication issues between departments and there are quite a few meetings when you get to the management level.
