      Good PTO plan Good/affordable health/dental benefits Clean work environment Work from home Room for advancement Lots of other perks like airfare and vehicle discounts Managers understand you have a life

      Cons

      So far none other than my commute sucks and it's confusing time for Cox because they're buying companies and trying to merge lots of branches and employees. Otherwise I love it so far.
