Pros
None except the pension plan, if you can put up with the unfairness long enough, and believe me, I am looking.
Cons
Management is selective in who they choose to "place" (they call it interviewing) in leadership roles. It is either an external or a Cox employee who management favors and has already been given a lot of opportunity and high profile work to "get their name out there." Equal opportunity for advancement is null.
