      Compensation is fairly decent. Good people.

      Cons

      Executive leadership of the last few years has been extraordinarily weak across Cox Automotive ...and the promoting of those weak individuals is staggering. Dealertrack and dealer.com has brought us some promising leadership and just holding my breath that they will have some answers. Health benefits are pretty bad.

      Pros

      Salary is the only reason I am here. I can't think of other "pros" to make the 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Lack of upper management support. Must threaten to resign to get a promotion. A lot of "buddy" back scratching going on. If you are not in your managers buddy social circle forget ever being promoted. They tell you promotions are on hold while HR realigns the job titles with all the companies, yet peers are being promoted.
