      Pros

      Lake success location. Wonderful people, friendly and laid back atmosphere, great minds.

      Cons

      Big disconnect between management and developers and users perspective on product quality. Marketing is bragging about the hottest new product, but users think it's rubbish and development can barely keep up with arbitrary requirements invented by designers that are way out of touch.

      minimal supervision, onsite gym/trainer, chargers for fuel efficient vehicles,

      Cons

      no work life balance, no options at all, pay for charging stations-but parking reserved for these vehicles after charging, but security isn't strong-arming individuals that are parking in these areas where they shouldn't. Especially when I'm paying for it!
