They pay well. They own Dickinson Fleet Services who owns Interstate. Thats about it

Cons

Doesn't appreciate hard work. Came in and bought out our parent company then went and terminated about 100 or so people because their backgrounds weren't squeaky clean. They don't care about their employees. I've been in my current job for 7 months. I get a call and I'm told my last day will be the following Fri. No write ups. Nothing derogatory in my employee file. Just up and terminated me because I have a felony from 11.5 yrs ago.

Pros

Really not that many. There is no future and constant turnover. Even if you stay with it and work hard, eventually you get laid off.

Cons

So much turn over you never know what your trying to accomplish. They keep cutting pay and tell you " we aren't going to pay you less, we are going to pay you differently". It was less. Over the 14yrs I worked there, every year I made less and less.

good benefits Unlimited PTO ( I haven't used but they seems positive about it) 401K match, health insurance Some teams really looks cooperative, friendly and helpful

Cons

It depends on your team but you can have a team leader who has not only lock of leading experience but also people skills, technical skills. When you ask a question, he doesn't answer it. He is a show guy that just speaks and show off himself in a scrum meetings. He says lets discuss it after meeting, then he doesnt exist. Documentations are old and not proper. You have to find yourself all configurations or have to contact with many people when your team leader doesn't help you. Tech stack is old. Salary could be better. Based on my own team experience I would not recommend it.
