Pros

The benefits are great. There are not to many jobs that you can make this kind of money without a degree and only work 40 hours a week.

Cons

I'm just not a call center gal. The training did not prepare you for the actual job. Few people were promoted. I worked with some really sharp dedicated employees that had been applying for promotions for years to no avail.

Pros

The pay was pretty decent but they changed it so u have to work harder to receive it.

Cons

Management talks to you any kind of way and attendence is very serious. No type of human element regardless the situation
