The pay was well above average for a call center position.

Cons

Culture. They laid off a whole call center on short notice.

Pros

Great team effort in a very busy retail environment. Good company overall. Clumsy system but works.

Cons

The Manger I was under at the time was terrible. Using scare tactics and playing childish games with the employees. Berates and belittles employees How could upper management have let this slide?

Pros

You make some pretty good money for the type of work you do. For the most part you get free services. More than a month out of the entire year of paid vacation.

Cons

Like any sales jobs there are some months with tough goals and they can get pretty stressful at times. You deal with angry customers that want to disconnect most of the time.
