Pros

I don't have much to say but great pay a lot of overty time call center is a nice environment.

Cons

they are not fair when it comes to shift bids. they also charged me incorrectly billed me and had me in collection for employee service that took 6 months to fix. they don't care about family is all cox or nothing

Pros

None at all. This company provides zero quality service and a product that doesn't work. I feel sorry for their customers.

Cons

One of the worst companies ever. I am embarrassed to provide such poor customer service and such a poor quality product. Do not ever choose Cox. You will regret it!
