Management ..The "TEAM "creates total Anxiety and Stress in the department bully the staff on a daily basis . Training is not offered as they show savings within their budget to the directors and vice presidents , this kills the moral and also limits the staff in its abilities to support the network .Managers and Supervisors cannot support staff in a outage situation and are told from Vice presidents to "get off the dance floor and manage from the balcony "

Absolutely no concern for employee welfare Distrusting relationship between management and employees. Random firing of employees annually, especially for tenured employees. Health benefits are the worst for any company that offers health benefits to their employees.
