Pros
Benefits are very great. Pay is on scale. They spend excess amount of money on their employees who seem oblivious to this wonderful benefit.
Cons
Personnel are not technically savvy. Customer service is greatly impacted by the amount of continuous 7/24 maintenance activities that occur. They are extremely metric driven with metrics that do not reflect any of the Customer experience. Very little accountability. Personnel come across as if the company actually 'owes' them a job.
